Referral codes can only be used once per referral.
Does the $4.95 flat shipping apply to international orders?
Unfortunately, no. Our flat rate only applies to domestic orders.

Can you redeem your points for less than $10 or more than $40 off?
$10 is the minimum you can redeem,then in intervals of $10 are redeemable. Hit 500 and you’ve bagged a free bird. So either save up your egg-cellent points and redeem all together or chirp away as you go… just like cash.
I spent over $200 in 2019, can I redeem points from these purchases?
Unfortunately, no. Only orders that were placed on or after the 1st of February 2021 are eligible for points.
Why does my account not reflect my new tier status?
As soon as you hit 300 points, you’re automatically entered into our Golden Goose Flock and grab all the perks that come with it.
Can I use my rewards during discounted offers or sales?
Unfortunately no. You cannot double stack promo codes with reward points.
How do I login and check the balance of my rewards and tier status?
I can’t log into my account. What do I do?

How do I make a referral?
Simply scroll to the referral section of our Loyalty Home Page, enter your friends email address and that’s it! Once your friend makes a purchase, you will be rewarded with points after the purchase has been made.
Do I need to have a rewards account to refer a friend?
Yep! Referral rewards are for our Loyalty Customers Only.
How do I apply a referral discount to my cart?
Simply enter in your unique code in the box before checkout that says: “discount code or gift voucher.” Then click “apply”
