SHIPPING

We offer two forms of shipping at checkout: Shipping 3-5 Days Delivery and the faster FedEx 2 Days Delivery.

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the weight of the package and where you are, but they range from $9.99 up to $14.99.

Orders over $150 qualify for FREE Shipping! This will go on our regular 3-5 Day Delivery service, but you can still choose to upgrade to our FedEx 2 Day service if you wish.

* Please note: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from these thresholds as extra surcharges incur on orders heading to these regions. Shipping is $19.99 and will not qualify for free shipping. 

International Shipping | Rates will be determined at checkout.

 

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@metalbird.com within 14 days from the date of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange. The item must then be sent back to us within 21 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer but we will happily cover the cost of returning the exchanged item. 

If you would like to swap out bird(s) on your order, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse in order to process an exchange. Once we receive your item, we will be in contact to either issue a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and  be in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met the refund or exchange will not be processed. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. 

Once you have shipped your bird, please notify us by sending us an email on info@metalbird.com with your tracking number so that we can closely monitor. We will be in contact once we have received your return.
